I know I said I would hold back on politics, so this will be quick. This will be more of a Facebook wall post.

Republicans, you want to know what Democrats will cut to pay for the $40 Billion one year extension of unemployment, but what are you going to cut to make up for the ~$250 Billion in lost revenue for extending tax cuts for the rich for two years?

I complain, but I am happy to hear that benefits could be extended as long as taxes remain the same for all. Compromise is a good thing. The Democrats and the President don't really have a lot of bargaining power. Beggars can't be choosers.
