Whats the point of saving it when we are just going to spend it later?

I hate daylight savings.

“What about the extra hour of sleep?”

1)      We are going to lose it in a few months. It’s like breaking even at a casino but still claiming ‘I won $500!’ (after losing $500).
2)      I still sleep the same amount of time. Actually, I feel like I actually get up earlier/later, adjusted to time change, than normal when it ends/begins. So I’m actually getting more sleep when we move the clocks ahead and less when we move them back. It’s confusing, don’t try to comprehend it.

Also, my stomach is off. And it’s dark at five/five-thirty in the afternoon but bright at six in the morning. I like being awake during the day and asleep at night! When I get up, I like complaining that it’s dark out! I want to sleep because it’s dark! But now I have no excuse to get up when it’s light out!

Not all places follow it. In 2008, central Brazil was off from Eastern Standard Time by one, two, or three hours based on the time of year! Time is confusing enough. Just leave it alone.
